Membership Requirements
• Simply complete this application. Club membership begins immediately.
• Enrollment in the club is free. There is no membership fee, dues or cancellation fee. As a new member you are obligated to a minimum of two shipments of wine but may cancel at any time after receiving your first two shipments. Once you are a member, you will receive shipments at the rate of $45-50 per/2-bottle shipment plus shipping. You will be charged just prior to receiving your wine.
• You must be 21 years of age to join. Someone 21 years or older must sign for the delivery • Due to current wine shipping restrictions imposed by some states, wine may not be shipped to: AL, AR, KS, KY, MD, ME, MA, MS, NY ND, NH, PA, UT, TX, VA.Extra shipping charges incurred to: HI & AK (only to Anchorage, Juneau and Fairbanks).
