2023 Chardonnay

Equal parts (clones 76 & 95) from our Stark Vineyard, fermented in 100% Neutral French Oak. Pale straw yellow in color, a vibrant tropical nose of Meyer lemon, honeydew and sweet pineapple. Rich and creamy on the palate with a sumptuous core of lemon curd, baked pears and a soothing blanket of butterscotch. Perfectly balanced with a tight ring of acidity, a hint of lemon oil viscosity and a long, complex finish.
