Originally from France's Southern Rhône, Cinsault is rarely given the spotlight on its own, but this beautiful example proves exactly why it should be. Equal parts (clones 76 & 95) from Stark Vineyard, fermented in a 40/60 combination of French oak and stainless steel. Pale straw yellow in color, a vibrant tropical nose of Meyer lemon, honeydew and sweet pineapple. Rich and creamy on the palate with a sumptuous core of lemon curd, baked pears and a soothing blanket of butterscotch. Perfectly balanced with a tight ring of acidity, a hint of lemon oil viscosity and a long, complex finish. Pair with poached scallops, buttery lobster tails or oysters on the half shell!

A beautiful sparkling white, if I do say so myself. Remarkably full-bodied, yet quite bright and refined. The nose is enticing with aromas of Meyer lemon, white peach, and delicate citrus blossoms. Fine, persistent bubbles escort flavors of crisp green apple, pear, and lemon zest, across the palate with a subtle mineral flourish. She's fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced with a touch of brioche on the finish. Please - serve this one ice cold. So, so refreshing!

A new way to enjoy Pinot Noir! I think we’re on to something here. Quite exciting, really - the nose explodes with fresh strawberry, red cherry and rose petals, with a lovely toasted hazelnut roundness. The palate is all verve and excitement - wonderfully bright and racy, generous red berry and tart cherry flavors and a lovely citrusy edge. Refreshing, with a beautiful creamy texture from the tiny bubbles. Pinot Noir, yes, but not as you know it.
